Update: Unfulfilled bookings and gift vouchers

To all those that have contacted us regarding unfulfilled bookings and gift vouchers.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience at this time. As you can appreciate, there is a fair amount of work to be done at our end,
so if you have not heard anything from us, please rest assured we will get back to you asap.

In the meantime, we would like to remind you that unfortunately, we are unable to honour any original bookings and/or gift vouchers. As a goodwill gesture however, we will do our best to help where possible and ask you to bear in mind that we may not be able to offer you like for like.

Depending on how your original booking/gift vouchers were paid for, we suggest you contact your bank/payment provider, as they may be able to help further.
