Sarah is a store assistant and ride leader at CBK. Sarah is an ex-PE teacher, trained lifeguard, runner, cyclist, kayaker, SUP boarder and is most often found running up and down the stairs when it's quiet! Sarah knows the local coast really well and is a great source of advice for people setting out on kayak and bike adventures.
