We believe in helping young people discover their love of adventure. Our activities encourage environmental awareness, develop an understanding of risk and instill the importance of outdoor play for your physical and mental wellbeing. Young people should leave us feeling great, having learned something new and with the confidence to make their own adventures.

Our qualified team includes former teachers, youth workers and multi-skilled sports coaches. We pride ourselves on the personal service you will receive from initial enquiry through to your big adventure.

Safety First

We take the safety of our groups seriously. We’re licenced by the Adventure Activities Licensing Service and our coaches are qualified to National Governing Body standards. We work at ratios of 1:8 or less. Our equipment is first-class and well maintained. We supply a full risk-assessment for every trip and all necessary safety equipment. Easy Transport

Our home base is just 5 minutes walk from Cullercoats Metro Station, which is connected to both Newcastle Central Station and Newcastle Airport. You can bring your whole group to Cullercoats by Metro for just over £30. Find out more at: http://www.nexus.org.uk/class. If you prefer to travel by bus, we have easy drop off for coaches and minibus parking at Cullercoats and ample coach parking at Cragside, Bolam and Souter Lighthouse
