Cullercoats Bike & Kayak are proud to be hosting a new fitness class, the first of its kind in the UK, Kayak Yoga.
This class focuses on enhancing the core muscles used by kayakers to maintain good position in the boat and to enhance their paddling technique by improving strength and flexibility. However it is open to all so whether you kayak, bike, run, surf (or just sit), join us for this interesting class to improve your fitness level and wellbeing.
Our class is led by Tatiana Newton, a local certified yoga instructor and takes place in the Snug every Tuesday at 7pm and on Wednesdays at 6.30pm
